Sudden and unexpected events can lead into crisis situations. Common reasons to seek help from the Crisis Centre are, for example:
- Marital/relationship problems and family problems
- Difficulties in student life or at work
- Difficulties adapting to a new culture
- Other difficulties that worry you
If you are facing a difficult situation in life, you can have 1-5 meetings for crisis counselling. The aim of the counselling is to find solutions and resources to get over the difficult situation. The meetings can take place one-to-one, together as a couple or as a family. The meetings can be arranged face-to-face at our location, via video call or by phone. Counselling is free of charge and it’s possible to make the contact anonymously.
Some of the staff at the Crisis Centre are able to have discussions in English.
